This one has been around for many years in one form or another, also known as the lemonade diet.


Master Cleanse Secrets is a weight loss program that works on principles founded in the famous ‘Lemonade Diet’. Unlike the Lemonade Diet however, this plan allows for some solid food to be eaten during the ten days of the plan. The author of the plan doesn’t claim that this is an easy diet, and it’s not. It needs a real commitment to losing weight to last out the ten days – even with ‘cheat’ foods – but reviews confirm that if you can do it, you’ll lose a great deal of weight. Let’s face it, that’s what we all want isn’t it? No, it’s not easy, no it’s not for everyone but it will shift a sizeable amount of weight fast to kick-start your weight loss.

As the name implies, anyone can lose weight by following this. An extremely popular plan.
 


Fatloss 4 Idiots is one of the simplest, most workable and easy plans we’ve come across, if its reviews are to be believed. The claim made by this weight loss plan is that a process of ‘shifting’ calories will, in a manner of speaking, ‘trick’ your metabolism into releasing its hold on your stored fat and let it pass through your system instead of laying it down on your body. There are no complex menus or unheard of secret ingredients; it’s just a method of making your body work at losing fat rather than keeping hold of it. The reviews are raving about it, but will you?

A little different from the others, prepare to be shocked.

 

 


One weight loss plan review that really grabbed our attention – primarily because it sounded kinda funny – was Top Secret Fat Loss Secret. Now we’re not detectives but we’re guessing the author, Dr. Suzanne Gundakunstan, has a secret about losing fat! The theory she puts forward is that fat builds up around major internal organs in our mid-sections as well as buttocks and thighs. This weight loss program claims to be able to rid you of the toxins that cause this build-up of fat. A rather grim point that the book makes – but a nonetheless valid point – is that parasitic infestation can adversely affect your metabolism.
